Landscapes Pictures - Prior To Making Any Getaway
I really don't think there is any other photography subject that rewards effort as much as landscape does. To shoot extremely great landscape graphics you have to be up before the rooster as well as home following the nightingale goes to sleep. There are times that you need to walk and it's also frequently too cold or too hot. In the light of this, I reckon your comfort is as significant as technique and your photographic eye.
You can not - or at least I can not - take great picture if you are drained, hot, or cold. I can't walk if I 'm fed up with having a sunburnt neck or if my feet are sore. There are some basic steps you can take to ensure your comfort level is as high as possible, although you can't control the weather. Once all your personal needs are cared for, you'll be free to shoot at masterpieces. The following list contains a number of the points that I think are crucial for any landscape photography trip:

Put on a shirt that has a collar.
Always carry a hat: these are crucial in both hot and cold climates.
Wear good waterproof hiking boots with thick socks.
Take energy bars to eat.
Carry a water bottle that is complete.
When it's bright don't' forget your sunblock.
Require a torch in the event you get lost and you also have to locate your way in the dark.
A space blanket is useful in case you have to stay warm, and it folds down to a rather small size.
Take a mobile phone in the event of crisis, battery full charge.
In case you are driving remember to landmark your car: park it near a huge tree or stone, for example - it's easier to get lost than you may think.
A compass will help also (but don't leave it in the auto!)
