Landscapes Images - Just Before Any Travel
I really don't think there's any other photography subject that rewards attempt as much as landscape does. To take really great landscape graphics following the nightingale goes to sleep, you must be up before the rooster and dwelling. There are times that you need to walk all day and it's often too hot or too cold. In the light of this, I reckon your comfort is as important as technique and your photographic eye.
You can't - or at least I can not - take great picture if you're hot, cold, or weary. I can not walk if my feet are sore or if I am fed up with having a sunburnt neck. Even though you can't control the weather, there are some basic steps you can take to ensure your comfort level is as high as possible. Once your personal needs have all been cared for, you'll be free to shoot masterpieces. The following list contains some of the points that I believe are crucial for practically any landscape photography trip:

Wear a shirt that has a collar.
Always carry a hat: these are essential in both hot and cold climates.
Wear great waterproof hiking boots with thick socks.
Take energy bars to eat.
Carry a full water bottle.
When it's bright do not' forget your sunblock.
Take a torch in case you get lost and you also need to find your way in the dark.
A space blanket is useful in the event you must stay warm, and it folds down to a tiny size.
Take a mobile phone battery full charge, in case of crisis.
In case you are driving recall to watershed your car: park it near a vast tree or stone, for example - it is more easy to get lost than you might believe.
A compass will help too (but don't leave it in the car!)
