Landscapes Pictures - In Advance Of Making Any Excursion
I do not think there is any other photography subject that rewards effort as much as landscape does. To shoot landscape pictures that are extremely good following the nightingale goes to sleep, you need to be up before the rooster as well as dwelling. There are times that you have to walk all day and it's often too hot or too cold. In the light of this, I reckon that your comfort is as important as technique and your photographic eye.
You can't - or at least I can not - take great picture if you are hot, cold, or drained. I can't walk if I 'm fed up with having a sunburnt neck or if my feet are sore. Even though the weather can't be controlled by you, there are some basic steps you can take to ensure your comfort level is as high as possible. Once all your personal needs have been cared for, you will be free to shoot masterpieces. This list contains a number of the points that I believe are vital for any landscape photography trip:

Wear a shirt that's a collar.
Always bring a hat: these are crucial in both hot and cold climates.
Wear great hiking boots that are waterproof with thick socks.
Take energy bars to eat.
Carry a water bottle that is complete.
When it's bright do not' forget your sunblock.
Take a torch in case you get lost and you have to find your way in the dark.
A space blanket is useful if you have to stay warm, and it folds down to a size that is very small.
Take a mobile phone in the event of crisis, battery full charge.
In case you are driving remember to landmark your car: park it near a vast tree or rock, for example - it is simpler to get lost than you may think.
A compass will help also (but don't leave it in the car!)
