Landscapes Photography - Before Making Any Holiday
I really don't believe there's any other photography subject that rewards attempt as much as landscape does. To take landscape pictures that are extremely great after the nightingale goes to sleep, you must be up before the rooster and house. Sometimes you need to walk and it's often too cold or too hot. In the light of this, I reckon that your comfort is as important as technique and your photographic eye.
You can not - or at least I can not - take good picture if you are cold, hot, or exhausted. I can not walk if I am fed up with having a sunburnt neck or if my feet are raw. There are some basic steps you can take to ensure your comfort level is as high as possible, even though you can't control the weather. You will be free to shoot masterpieces once all your personal needs are cared for. The following list includes a number of the points whom I believe are essential for practically any landscape photography trip:

Put on a shirt that's a collar.
Consistently bring a hat: these are essential in both cold and hot climates.
Wear good waterproof hiking boots with thick socks.
Take energy bars to eat.
Carry a full water bottle.
When it's bright do not' forget your sunblock.
Require a torch in the event you get lost and you must locate your way in the dark.
A space blanket is useful should you have to stay warm, and it folds down to a size that is very small.
Take a mobile phone battery full charge, in the event of crisis.
In case you are driving remember to watershed your car: park it near a huge tree or stone, for example - it's simpler to get lost than you might believe.
A compass will help too (however do not leave it in the auto!)
