Landscapes Photography - Prior To Any Travel
I don't think there's any other photography subject that rewards effort as much as landscape does. To take landscape images that are really good you have to be up before the rooster as well as house following the nightingale goes to sleep. There are times that you need to walk all day and it is generally too cold or too hot. In the light of this, I reckon that your comfort is as significant as technique and your photographic eye.
You can't - or at least I can't - take great picture if you are tired, hot, or cold. I can not walk if I am fed up with having a sunburnt neck or if my feet are raw. There are some basic steps you can take to ensure your comfort level is as high as possible, even though you can not control the weather. You will be free to shoot masterpieces once all your personal needs have been cared for. This list features a number of the points whom I think are crucial for any landscape photography trip:

Put on a shirt that's a collar.
Consistently carry a hat: these are vital in both hot and cold climates.
Wear good hiking boots that are waterproof with thick socks.
Take energy bars to eat.
Carry a water bottle that is full.
When it's sunny don't' forget your sunblock.
Take a torch in the event you get lost and you also need to seek out your way in the dark.
A space blanket is useful in the event you must keep warm, and it folds down to a rather small size.
Take a mobile phone in case of crisis, battery full charge.
In case you are driving recall to watershed your car: park it near a huge tree or stone, for example - it is simpler to get lost than you might think.
A compass will help also (but do not leave it in the car!)
