Landscapes Photography - Just Before Any Vacation
I don't believe there's any other photography topic that rewards attempt as much as landscape does. To shoot landscape graphics that are extremely good after the nightingale goes to sleep you must be up before the rooster as well as house. Sometimes you have to walk all day and it's also generally too cold or too hot. In the light of this, I reckon that your comfort is as important as technique and your photographic eye.
You can not - or at least I can't - take good picture if you are cold, hot, or weary. I can not walk if my feet are raw or if I am fed up with having a sunburnt neck. There are some basic steps you can take to ensure your comfort level is as high as possible, even though you can't control the weather. Once your personal needs have all been cared for, you will be free to shoot masterpieces. The following list features some of the points whom I believe are essential for any landscape photography trip:

Put on a top that's a collar.
Always carry a hat: these are crucial in both cold and hot climates.
Wear great waterproof hiking boots with thick socks.
Take energy bars to eat.
Carry a water bottle that is full.
If it's bright do not' forget your sunblock.
Take a torch in case you get lost and you need to locate your way in the dark.
A space blanket is useful in the event you must keep warm, and it folds down to a size that is rather small.
Take a mobile phone in the event of emergency, battery full charge.
In case you are driving remember to landmark your car: park it near a huge tree or rock, for example - it's easier to get lost than you may believe.
A compass will help also (but do not leave it in the auto!)
