Landscapes Images - Before Making Any Trip
I do not think there is any other photography subject that rewards effort as much as landscape does. To shoot extremely great landscape images after the nightingale goes to sleep, you need to be up before the rooster as well as dwelling. There are times that you need to walk all day and it's also often too cold or too hot. In the light of this, I reckon your comfort is as significant as technique and your photographic eye.
You can not - or at least I can't - if you are tired, hot, or cold, take great picture. I can't walk if I am fed up with having a sunburnt neck or if my feet are raw. Although the weather can't be controlled by you, there are some basic steps you can take to ensure your comfort level is as high as possible. Once your personal needs have all been cared for, you will be free to shoot masterpieces. The following list contains a number of the points whom I think are essential for any landscape photography trip:

Put on a shirt that's a collar.
Consistently take a hat: these are essential in both hot and cold climates.
Wear great waterproof hiking boots with thick socks.
Take energy bars to eat.
Carry a water bottle that is full.
When it's sunny don't' forget your sunblock.
Take a torch in the event you get lost and you also have to find your way in the dark.
A space blanket is useful if you need to stay warm, and it folds down to a size that is very small.
Take a mobile phone in case of crisis, battery full charge.
In case you are driving remember to milestone your car: park it near a huge tree or stone, for example - it is simpler to get lost than you may believe.
A compass will help also (but don't leave it in the auto!)
